Where a public body refuses to comply with a request for accessibility or an alternative means of accessing the information, the requester may lodge a complaint about the accessibility of a digital website, mobile application or element of a website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, an application may also be made to the Ombudsman.

Entrance to the Gallery has a small 4 centimetre threshold, in the vestibule there is a rubber doormat. The next door has no threshold. Behind them is the lobby of the Gallery.
The ticket office and cloakroom are located on the left side of the lobby. Basic information about the Gallery and the exhibitions on show can be obtained there.

Ground floor exhibition hall with wide threshold-free entrance (floor – ceramic tiles).
Entrance to the first and second floors by spiral staircase (surface – terrazzo) – no lift for visitors.
Depending on the situation (such as the number of visitors and the presence of the Gallery’s technical staff), it is possible to use the freight and passenger lift located at the back of the Gallery.
Exhibition rooms on the first and second floors of the Gallery without thresholds. Floor – epoxy resin. Depending on the exhibition on display (exhibitions are changing), there may be additional barriers to mobility. Free-standing walls are often used for exhibition arrangements.
It is possible to enter the building and all its premises with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
There are no induction loops in the Gallery.

Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz, in addition to an exhibition area intended for the public, has an office and storage area located at the same address.
Entrance to office building – small driveway (gentle angle), paving stones. Threshold-free entrance door with intercom. Behind the front door is a small hall (terrazzo floor). The next door leading to the front office has no threshold. Carpeting in ground floor offices.
Access to the higher floors of the office area by stairs only. Toilets in the basement, access only by stairs.
