As January approaches, we prepare resolutions, declarations and promises to accompany us through the coming months. “I will be more…, I will be less…, I will be slower… I will be faster… I will be earlier… I will be later… etc.” Planning is necessary. There is nothing wrong with that. To ensure that our enthusiasm for change does not cool down before February is out, let us create a calendar with supporting phrases or words. Ornamented with magnificent illustrations or embellishments, it will not allow our resolutions to go quickly into oblivion.
