In repetition one can find a rhythm that promotes focus, calming the flow of thoughts, directing them inward.

The workshop is aimed at adults and beginners in embroidering. During the meeting we will embroider a geometric lotus pattern on paper. We will start the meeting with a short talk about the exhibition and the lotus pattern we will deal with. Then we will move on to an introduction to paper embroidery techniques. Next we will make the first tests, after which we will move on to work with the target material. We will work patiently and unhurriedly. I suggest that the result of the work remains in the gallery until the end of the exhibition.

The workshop is part of the artist residence program of Kinga Kowalczyk “Wypowiedź” (Statement).
