Event is a part of the BWA Europa Festival and the Artistic Residency Programme of the Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz.

We are interested in pursuing the idea of the gallery as a caring place for art in the 21st century. We see to explore this idea following the return to nature of feeling. A lively contact with this what is deeply human, through art – including work with the collection – has a transformative effect on oneself, on the community.
In the exhibition space and based on the Bydgoszcz art collection, at the invitation of Danuta Milewska, curator of education Elisabeth Ioannides from the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Athens will give a lecture Art Psychotherapy in Museums, The EMΣT Case and a workshop on the impact of art on health and human well-being.
