Residencies. Agnieszka Kryst. Łuczniczki

Two projects have been selected for the programme of the artistic residencies of the Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz 2017:
Katarzyna Dworaczyk’s “Przekonane_Przekonani” (The Convinced) and Agnieszka Kryst’s “Łuczniczki” (Archers)

Agnieszka Kryst is a dancer and a choreographer. She is a scholarship holder of the Alternative Dance Academy 2013/Art Station Foundation by Grażyna Kulczyk. She has been a laureate of the GPS/Global Practice Sharing study exchange program conducted by Movement Research in New York in cooperation with the Institute of Music and Dance and the Art Stations Foundation. In her choreographic and performative practice, she explores the theme of relationships and issues related to the policy of affection, femininity and sensuality. During the residency stay at the Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz, Agnieszka Kryst will develop her movement practice, in which emotions and their physicality become a conscious tool of composition. She will also lead an open choreographic and dance workshop.
