Paulina Broma is the author of one of the works presented at the 8thInternational Exhibition of Student Drawing NAD_RYSOWAĆ.
The work “I have three stripes” is the author’s collection of clothes. Paulina used cheap clothes purchased from second hand shops, each of them was supplied with her own label, and using a template she introduced an application: the title three stripes. The work is a commentary on the perception of brand as luxury goods, a reflection on what determines the value of things. A lot is possible in art. Everyone can have three stripes, what’s more, they can make them for themselves! During the workshops, we invite everyone to make clothes for themselves: you can bring your own clothes (black, white, grey) or use T-shirts on the spot and together with the artist, using special templates, create your own “adidas”; in this collection each item is different, will be made by hand, not on a production line, and this will constitute its value.
The workshop is for all age groups. The children take part in the meeting under the supervision of their guardians.
