Modern architecture is an extremely visionary and difficult discipline. Young designers need to create and propose solutions that are timeless and future-proof enough to survive the test of time. They create their concepts and projects taking into account and analysing the spectrum of factors, dependencies and interdependencies. At the exhibition we will be able to see how this year the students of Interior Architecture at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz make attempts to solve difficult issues of development and adaptation or revitalisation of space, mainly in Bydgoszcz and the surrounding areas.
Interior architecture is an art whose space, scope and framework is shaped by the artist, giving them a real dimension. The line, the drawing and the plan begin to exist and live their own lives in real space, passing through symbiosis and merging with the surrounding urban and cultural fabric.
The presented works deal with the problems of social life, such as spending free time or creating places conducive to education or work. Giving new life and meaning to forgotten and unused spaces is a difficult, but also inspiring task, in which the graduates of Interior Architecture fulfil themselves perfectly.
An important issue noted by the graduates is also the need to take into account the needs of people with disabilities.
However, interior design is not only about shaping the space for people and around them; it is also about the elements and instruments we use every day. That is why among the works we will also see design objects such as furniture, models and their visualizations.
We invite you to the exhibition of diploma works, which deals with the issues of shaping the closest human environment in relation to interior architecture, furniture and exhibitions in the functional and cultural context.
