Grupa n@płocie. Black-White – Search For
Grupa n@płocie formed in 2000. Initially, it comprised the graduates of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mikołaj Kopernik University of Toruń. Currently, it also associates students from other faculties of artistic universities.

Contradiction is a source in itself, it is something primal – like earth and sky, night and day, body and soul. Codification of bipolarity of the real is forever inscribed into the myth of our culture. It is an archetype. Something is ultimate in its meaning, value, clearly declared. Determined. Black and white – extreme light frequency – human right for dialectics. Search for compromise – because grey means finding common points, it is objection against the dictatorship of the only way, the one option, the one horizon.
