Iwona Banaszewska is the winner of the special prize awarded by the director of the Municipal gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz, Wacław Kuczma, in the All-Polish Presentation of Young Painters “;Promocje 2009” in Legnica. The award is an exhibition at the Bydgoszcz gallery.
Iwona Banaszewska, born in Nowa Sól, is a graduate of the High School of Art in Zielona Góra, where she began her artistic education, continued at the painting studies. Diploma in 2009 at the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań, in the studio of Piotr C. Kowalski. Lives and works in Poznań.
