The Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz and the Czarny Karzeł Foundation invite you to the exhibition REVER’s, which takes place as part of the Oko Nigdy Nie Śpi Kujawsko-Pomorskie festival.
This year’s 11th OHO Nigdy Nie Śpi Kujawsko-Pomorskie Festival returns to the dream of experimentation – an event suspended half-way between what we know and what has been proven – and what, perhaps, is still possible. One of Robert Kuśmirowski’s festival projects this year is an exhibition at the Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz, whose main protagonists will be a variety of unusual objects that interpret the matter of reality and turn it into sound. The context of contemporary events means that there will be no shortage of devices with medical and military applications. They bridge the conceptual gap between the geopolitics of the 1970s and that of the 2000s. The authors of the works and objects presented at the exhibition will be Kuśmirowski himself and those invited by the artist: Marek Chlanda, Marek Chołoniewski and Jarosław Lustych.
the artists: Marek Chlanda, Marek Chołoniewski, Robert Kuśmirowski, Jarosław Lustych
curator of the exhibition: Robert Kuśmirowski
coordination: Tomasz Zieliński
The exhibition is organized by the Czarny Karzeł Foundation and the Municipal Gallery bwa in Bydgoszcz.
Robert Kuśmirowski’s work presented here, titled “Euphonia,” was borrowed from the art collection of PKO Bank Polski.
