The Addictive TV Team was established in 1992, as an initiative of DJs and computer graphic designers. Nowadays, it belongs to the leading world group of VDJ.
Usually, they make programmes for television, experimental videos and computer animations. For years, they have been making video clips and visual settings for concerts and music events, e.g. for Fatboy Slim, Goldie, Howie B, Miss Kittin or 808 State. Their greatest passion is video performance, using state-of-the-art technology, such as Pioneer’s trailblazing DVD playe rs DVJ-X1, designed particularly for live mixing of images from DVDs.c
For some years, they appear on stage as Addictive TV live video performance: 3 people on stage: two mixing live images, the third sond. Last year, they were applauded by almost 15 thousand spectators at the Roskilde festival.S-FORMA is a subjective programme concerning connections between music and image, broadcast by the TVP Kultura channel in 2005 and 2006. The authors were Kinga Baby and Dariusz “Cókierek” Błaszczyk. The executive producer is “Moma Film” Foundation. During the projection at the Municipal Gallery BWA in Bydgoszcz, the archival episodes of the programme will be shown, presenting a broad range of video art and its connections with music.
