Photographs presented at this exhibition are the result of the artist’s journey to the Greek city of Patras, where the author (who is also a musician) together with his friends played a couple of concerts.
The photographs presented at the exhibition were taken at a record-breaking fast pace, between rehearsals, concerts and on the day of departure. They were not taken with an exhibition in mind, they were rather intended as “my personal keepsakes of the journey”. These several works are an attempt at seizing that single existential experience rich in ćsthetic, positive content that for me became this decisive moment worth recording on the photographic film. Each of these takes contains a mystery I lived through, and the key to it is the positive longing and overwhelming calmness.
